Installation of an internal fire hydrant system

Summary

The tender covers the complete design and construction, under a design-and-build arrangement, of an internal fire hydrant system in Halls 1–5 of the Central Firefighting Museum in Mysłowice. The basic contract may be supplemented by an option for the design, supply, installation, commissioning and acceptance of one complete pressure-boosting set if the hydraulic calculations demonstrate that it is necessary and the contracting authority has additional funding. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 00:00. A mandatory site visit and inspection of restricted-access documents must take place before submission. The visit is scheduled for 27 August 2026 at 10:00, with an additional date on 31 August 2026 at 10:00, at Stadionowa 7a, Mysłowice. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. The bidder must provide a suitably qualified designer and works manager and must have properly completed at least one internal fire-water installation with internal hydrants during the last five years, with a value of at least PLN 150,000 gross. The tender guarantee is PLN 6,000. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty for 40% of the award criteria.
