Construction of a full-size football pitch with accompanying infrastructure at the Marcovia Marki Municipal Sports Club

Summary

The tender covers the design and construction of a full-size football pitch and accompanying infrastructure at the Marcovia Marki Municipal Sports Club under a design-and-build arrangement in Stage I, together with the preparation of design documentation for a pneumatic pitch covering and related infrastructure in Stage II. The works include surveys and preparatory activities, construction and execution designs, obtaining the building permit, construction of the pitch and site infrastructure including landscaping, access, fencing and external installations, acceptance procedures and obtaining the occupancy permit. Stage I construction must be completed by 29 October 2027 and Stage II design documentation by 31 August 2027; Stage I design documentation, approvals and administrative decisions must be completed within two months of contract signing. The bidder must demonstrate at least two qualifying football-pitch projects and provide a suitably qualified designer, contract manager and site manager. The tender must include extensive technical evidence and samples for the synthetic-turf system. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 12:00. Price carries 60 points and the warranty and defect-liability period carries 40 points; the minimum period is 60 months, while 96 months or more receives 40 points. Before contract signature, performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price must be provided.
