Reconstruction of county roads in cooperation with municipalities in Mława County

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of two county roads in Mława County in cooperation with municipalities. Lot 1 covers county road no. 1240W on the Drogiszka–Dalnia section, while Lot 2 covers the construction of a sidewalk in Wróblewo along county road no. 3014W Raciąż–Radzanów–Liberadz. The completion period is 70 days for each lot, and bids may be submitted for both lots. Bids will be scored using a point-based system: price carries 60% and the warranty period 40%. The bidder must have third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 150,000, the required road construction experience and a suitably qualified site manager. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 10:00. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security is required, and employment under an employment relationship is required for specified work activities.
