Construction of municipal roads – Wiśniowa Street and Sadowa Street in Babimost

Summary

The tender covers construction of a new local road on Sadowa Street in Babimost and reconstruction of Wiśniowa Street and the related intersections. The works include, among other things, permeable-paving carriageways and pavements, intersection works, road signs, adjustment of underground-infrastructure chambers, landscaping and drainage works, and the installation of three street-lighting poles with LED fixtures. Construction of Owocowa Street and the remaining lighting poles shown in the design are excluded from the contract. The expected duration is 6 months and the tender submission deadline is 7 September 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically and documents must be prepared in Polish. Price carries 60% and the warranty period carries 40%; the minimum warranty period is 36 months. The tender guarantee is PLN 10,000, and a performance security is also required.
