Conversion of basement areas into storage facilities for archival materials at the State Archive in Olsztyn

Summary

The tender concerns the conversion of basement areas at the State Archive in Olsztyn into storage facilities for archival materials. The works include demolition and building finishes, floor reinforcement and tiling, painting, installation of steel elements and insulation, electrical and low-voltage systems, fire-resistant sealing of service penetrations, ventilation, condensate drainage, and a heating and cooling system ensuring stable temperature and humidity. The contractor must also prepare the base and install rails for mobile shelving. The expected completion period is 6 months. The tender must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 15 September 2026; tenders will be opened at 12:30 the same day, and the tenderer will remain bound by its tender until 14 October 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation, the construction manager’s experience for 20%, and the warranty period for 20%. The bidder must demonstrate financial capacity of at least PLN 1,000,000, provide evidence of the required previous works, and appoint suitably qualified construction, electrical, and sanitary and ventilation works managers.
