Modernisation of sanitary risers, bathrooms, staff and cleaning rooms in the Ministry of Digital Affairs building in Warsaw

The tender covers comprehensive construction, installation and finishing works in the Ministry of Digital Affairs building in Warsaw, including sanitary risers, bathrooms, staff and cleaning rooms. The works include removal and replacement of sanitary and sewage risers, sanitary and electrical installations, accessible bathrooms, demolition and finishing works, ventilation, emergency and evacuation lighting, and protection and reinstatement of fire-alarm elements. The company must have at least two comparable reference projects, liability insurance of at least PLN 12 million and a suitably qualified construction and installation team.
