Construction of a multi-family residential building in Przezmark, Elbląg municipality

Summary

The contract covers the construction of a 27-unit multi-family residential building in Przezmark, Elbląg municipality, including technical infrastructure, site development, finishing works for the apartments and green areas. The works must be completed within 18 months, with the possibility of receiving additional evaluation points for completion within 17 or 16 months. The completed building must achieve an energy performance indicator of no more than 52 kWh/m² per year and obtain an energy performance certificate with a thermographic inspection report. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026. Evaluation is based on price (80%), shortened completion period (10%) and the longest warranty period (10%); the minimum warranty period is 60 months and the maximum period counted for evaluation is 96 months.
