The tender concerns professional training services in soft and management competencies under the project “Future Competencies for the Administration of Lodz University of Technology”, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers training on feedback and feedforward techniques, with a contract period of 12 months. Lot 2 covers intergenerational communication involving generations Baby Boomers, X, Y and Z, with a contract period of 24 months. Offers may be submitted for one or both lots. The award criteria for each lot are price (60%), the trainer’s experience (30%) and post-training consultations (10%). Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 00:00 through the designated purchasing platform and signed with an accepted electronic signature.
