Reconstruction and conversion of part of a former primary school building into an office and warehouse building, with warehouse facilities and equipment in Brudzeń Duży municipality

The contract covers the reconstruction and change of use of part of a former primary school building at Główina 15, Brudzeń Duży municipality, into an office and warehouse building with a usable area of 567.90 m². The works include structural alterations, replacement of windows and doors, insulation, finishes, new office and warehouse rooms, heating, water and sewage, electrical, telecommunications and ventilation systems, air conditioning, a gas installation with a gas boiler and underground LPG tank, and the delivery and installation of two accessibility ramps. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. A mandatory site visit is required before submitting a tender; failure to attend will result in rejection.
