The tender concerns the construction of the Kolumna–Las Environmental Education Centre, including interior arrangement, an educational exhibition, furnishing, site development, technical infrastructure, a photovoltaic installation and an energy storage system. The contract also covers water and sanitary sewer connections, design work, commissioning, testing, as-built documentation, staff training where applicable, and obtaining use permits. The works must be completed within 23 months of signing the contract. No variant or partial tenders are permitted. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Zamówienia platform by 7 September 2026 at 12:00. A PLN 115,000 tender guarantee is required. The price carries 60% of the score and the guarantee period 40%; the offered guarantee must be between 48 and 72 months.
