Development of areas around village community centers

Summary

The tender concerns the development of areas around village community centers in four lots. The works include recreational shelters, paved surfaces, barbecue and fire-pit areas, outdoor fitness and play facilities, fencing, lighting, benches, bicycle repair stations and a compact football pitch. Lot 1 includes a partially roofed barbecue area in Róża; Lot 2 covers two shelters and recreational facilities in Wytomyśl; Lot 3 covers a wooden shelter and related works in Paproć; and Lot 4 covers sports and recreational landscaping in Glinno. Bids may be submitted for all lots. Lots 1–3 must be completed within 70 days, while Lot 4 must be completed by 13 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 09:00. The evaluation criteria are price at 60% and the quality guarantee and defect liability period at 40%.
