Modernization of water supply infrastructure in Łubnice Municipality to increase supply efficiency and improve water quality

Summary

The tender concerns the modernization of water supply infrastructure in Łubnice Municipality, divided into four lots: modernization of the water treatment plant and construction of water-metering chambers; modernization of water network junctions and hydrants; replacement of a 1,231 m water supply pipeline; and construction of a 14.0 kWp photovoltaic installation with energy storage. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The works must be completed within 12 months for Lot I and within 80 days for Lots II–IV. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 09:00. A tender guarantee is required for each lot, and the contract requires performance security. Evaluation is based on price and quality criteria, including the construction manager’s experience for Lot I and the warranty and guarantee period.
