Procurement 46/2026 – Supply of accommodation equipment

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of office furniture in Lot 1 and metal furniture in Lot 2. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and the contract period is 40 days. The estimated total value is PLN 522,688.50 excluding VAT; the estimated values are PLN 311,374.50 for Lot 1 and PLN 211,314.00 for Lot 2. The contracting authority may exercise an option for all lots until 27 November 2026 under the same conditions and deadlines as the basic order. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 9 September 2026. Evaluation is based on price (60%), delivery time (30%) and warranty or guarantee period (10%). A bid guarantee is required: PLN 6,000 for Lot 1 and PLN 4,000 for Lot 2.
