This is a single-lot construction contract for the modernization and adaptation of a building for a civil protection and civil defence resources warehouse of Gmina Brzeźnica. The works include general construction, electrical installations and site development, including masonry repairs, internal plastering and painting, a reinforced industrial concrete floor, replacement of the steel gate and PVC windows, asbestos-cement roof replacement with PIR sandwich panels, roof corrosion protection, façade insulation, electrical equipment, paving and crushed-stone surfaces. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 10:00 and must include PLN 5,000 bid security. Offers are scored on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the required minimum warranty is 60 months and 84 months is the desired period. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total offered price.
