Summary

The tender concerns facade renovation and improvement of paved surfaces at the WTZ facility in Majdan Zahorodyński. The works include demolition of existing sills, gutters, downpipes and polystyrene facade insulation; removal of paving and a basement door; excavation of foundations; damp-proofing; thermal insulation of the plinth and external walls; installation of a boiler-room air vent, sheet-metal flashings, external sills, a basement chute, gutters and downpipes; and reinstatement of paving blocks. The works must be completed by 27 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price at 60% and the quality guarantee period at 40%. A tender guarantee of PLN 3,200 and performance security are required.
