Management training for Koszalin University of Technology – “Effective Management: Manager’s School”

Summary

The contract covers three in-person training groups for the managerial staff of Koszalin University of Technology under the “Competent Staff – Strong University” project. Each group must receive at least 32 teaching hours over four days, with 10 participants per group, on working days between 7:30 and 15:30, at the contracting authority’s premises in Koszalin. The training should develop practical skills in employee motivation, delegation, performance assessment, team management, leadership, coaching and values-based management.
