Construction of an outdoor audience area and small architectural structures at the Bliżyn Reservoir

Construction of a multi-level amphitheatre-style outdoor audience area with prefabricated concrete blocks, composite-board seating, yellow concrete-paver surfaces, and delivery and installation of outdoor concrete loungers with spruce-board seats near the Bliżyn Reservoir. The works must be completed by 30 October 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 8 September 2026 at 11:00, with a PLN 3,000 bid guarantee. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and the offered quality-guarantee period (40%); the minimum guarantee is 36 months, while 48 months earns 20 points and 60 months earns 40 points. The selected contractor must provide 5% performance security and employ all workers directly involved in the construction works under employment contracts.
