Construction of an integration and activation centre for elderly and disabled people in Suwalki municipality

Summary

The contract concerns construction works to convert and extend a single-family residential building into an integration and activation centre for elderly and disabled people in Stary Folwark, within Suwalki municipality. The scope includes demolition and structural works, new walls and roof, foundations, windows and doors, floors and suspended ceilings, heating with a gas boiler and a 4,850-litre LPG tank, water and sewerage, electrical, telecommunications and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, fencing, access gates and site restoration. The building is to be delivered within 12 months of contract signature. The tender is not divided into lots and bids must be submitted electronically by 8 September 2026 at 08:00. The bid bond is PLN 40,000. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and the offered warranty and defects-liability period (40%); the offered period must be 60, 72 or 84 months, and less than 60 months leads to rejection. The selected contractor must also provide 5% performance security before signing the contract.
