Extension of the Kowiesy volunteer fire brigade garage and renovation of the community hall

Summary

The contract covers the extension and reconstruction of the OSP Kowiesy fire station garage and renovation of the community hall in Kowiesy, Bielany municipality. The works include structural, roofing, finishing, sanitary, gas, heating, electrical, photovoltaic, fire-protection and security-system installations, as well as garage and building equipment. The works must be completed by 30 September 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 09:00. A PLN 10,000 tender guarantee is required. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the required warranty is at least 36 months and the maximum period counted for scoring is 60 months.
