Roofing works on the non-listed DUZA DABROWA granary

Summary

The procurement concerns construction and renovation works on the southern part of the western roof slope of the non-listed DUZA DABROWA granary at the National Maritime Museum in Gdansk. The scope may be extended by an option covering the northern part of the same roof slope; the option is not guaranteed and may be ordered in stages. The works must be completed within 40 days from handover of the site and no later than 16 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 11:00, using the required electronic signature. A site visit is mandatory; failure to attend will result in rejection of the offer. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty period (40%).
