Supply of Various Equipment and Furniture to the Kuryłówka Municipality Office in Support of Employees’ Adaptation and Modernisation Processes

Summary

The procurement covers the delivery, installation, mounting and configuration of various equipment and furniture for the Kuryłówka Municipality Office under a project supporting employees’ adaptation and modernisation processes. The procurement is divided into 5 parts, and bids may be submitted for all parts. The supplied equipment, software, furniture and accessories must be new, unused, supplied through authorised manufacturer distribution channels and manufactured no earlier than 2025. The contract includes delivery, installation, configuration, possible user implementation and basic operating guidance. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026. Award criteria are price (60%), extended warranty and statutory guarantee period (30%), and independent performance (10%).
