Design and construction of the Osiny civil defence and population protection warehouse facility funded under the 2025–2026 protection programme

Summary

The tender concerns the design and construction of a civil defence and population protection warehouse facility at OSP Osiny, including design documentation, site preparation, structural and finishing works, electrical, sanitary, ventilation, fire-water, photovoltaic, monitoring and alarm systems, and internal racking. Mobile equipment is excluded. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 12:00 and must be signed with a qualified, trusted or personal electronic signature. A PLN 12,000 tender guarantee is required, and performance security is also required. Offers are assessed by price (60 points) and warranty (40 points). Negotiations may be held with up to three tenderers.
