Modernization of the water and sewage system at SP ZOZ MSWiA in Koszalin

Summary

The contract covers modernization and replacement of water and sewage installations in buildings A, B and C of SP ZOZ MSWiA in Koszalin, including cold water, domestic hot water and circulation systems, sanitary sewage, valves, DN100 manifolds, insulation, pumps, external pipelines, testing, disinfection, restoration works and water analyses. The works must be completed by 27 November 2026. The facility will remain operational, so the contractor must phase the works, maintain hospital operations, minimize disruption and coordinate utility shutdowns in advance. A mandatory site visit is required before submitting a tender. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 08:00. Price is the only award criterion, with a weight of 100 points. A tender guarantee of PLN 15,000 and a performance security of 5% of the gross tender price are required.
