Revitalization of the centre of Głuszyca together with modernization of the market square (IV)

Summary

The contract covers design-and-build works to revitalize the centre of Głuszyca and modernize the market square. The scope includes demolition, new paved areas, an amphitheatre, stairs, small architectural structures, electrical networks and lighting, landscaping, new plantings and lawns. The works must be completed within 15 months. The tender is submitted electronically in Polish via the purchasing platform, with a PLN 15,000 bid guarantee. Offers are assessed by price (60%) and warranty period (40%), and the deadline for submission is 7 September 2026 at 11:00.
