Replacement of flooring and doors at the building at 10–16 Mickiewicza Street in Toruń

Summary

The contract covers renovation and construction works at the building at 10–16 Mickiewicza Street in Toruń: removal of existing carpet flooring and parquet, substrate preparation, installation of new PVC flooring and skirting boards, removal and installation of doors and transoms, masonry and lintel works, plaster repairs and wall painting. The works are to be completed within 245 days. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 95% of the evaluation weight and the quality guarantee period 5%. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee is required.
