Jasienica Activity Centre – Creating a Place for Community Integration and Engagement

Summary

The contract covers construction of a complete prefabricated village community centre in Jasienica, including foundations, installation of the modular building, sanitary and water connections, electrical connection, photovoltaic installation, paved areas, demolition of a retaining wall, terrain grading and landscaping. The works must be completed within 2 months of signing the contract. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid must include PLN 2,000 in bid security. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the offered warranty period (40%); the warranty must be at least 36 months and 72 months receives the maximum warranty score.
