Construction of a social and warehouse building with an office section, technical infrastructure and site development – Stage II

Summary

Construction works for Stage II of a social and warehouse building with an office section, technical infrastructure and site development at plot 2654, Teatralna 30, Gorzów Wielkopolski. The scope includes a 20 cm monolithic floor slab and reinforced-concrete elements using C20/25 concrete and B500B reinforcement, masonry walls, foundation-wall insulation, relocation and extension of fencing, and preparation, earthworks, subbase and edging for vehicle and pedestrian areas. Pavement surface layers and parking-space works are excluded. The works must be completed between 14 September and 4 December 2026, with tenders due by 1 September 2026 at 09:00. Award criteria are price at 60% and warranty period at 40%; the offered warranty must be between 36 and 60 months. The successful tenderer must provide 5% performance security and submit the tender electronically in Polish.
