Revitalization of the municipal park on Parkowa Street in Głuszyca (VIII)

Summary

The contract covers the design-and-build revitalization of the municipal park on Parkowa Street in Głuszyca, to be completed within 15 months. The works include preparing technical and design documentation and obtaining the necessary administrative decisions; constructing paths and paved surfaces; removing existing paving and park lamps; installing small architectural features, park lighting, water sprinklers, a fountain, a restored stone cascade and pond overflow system; reshaping the pond edge; managing existing greenery; removing and transplanting designated trees; and establishing new plantings and renovating lawns. The procedure does not allow partial tenders. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 11:00. The bid guarantee is PLN 20,000. Price carries 60% and the quality guarantee period carries 40% of the evaluation weighting.
