The tender concerns construction of a sanitary sewer network for residential and service development in Bądkowo Kościelne, including 206 m of PVC SN8 gravity sewer pipe with a diameter of 200 mm, four concrete inspection chambers with a diameter of 1,200 mm, excavation and reinstatement works, sewer CCTV inspection, testing, as-built surveying and documentation. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026 in accordance with the design documentation, technical specifications and bill of quantities. Offers must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are price (60%) and the warranty and statutory liability period (40%); bidders may offer 36, 48 or 60 months. A PLN 3,000 tender guarantee is required, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
