Services under the government’s “For Life” programme, divided into lots

The procurement concerns specialist educational and therapeutic services under the government’s “For Life” programme, divided into 9 lots. The lots cover speech and language therapy, psychology, special education, sensory integration, social skills training, movement rehabilitation with or without physiotherapists, hand therapy and Tomatis sessions for children aged 0–7 and their families. Services are to be provided until 15 December 2026, generally on weekdays, with each participant receiving no more than 5 hours per week and each hour lasting 60 minutes. The tenderer may bid for all lots. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 12:00 and signed with a qualified electronic signature, trusted signature or personal signature. Price accounts for 60% and the specialists’ experience working with young children for 40%. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
