Summary

The tender covers the design and construction of a road providing access to the Opole Wrzoski investment areas. The contractor must prepare the complete design documentation, obtain the required opinions, approvals, permits and the road investment implementation permit, carry out the construction and installation works with associated infrastructure, provide author supervision, and obtain an occupancy permit if required. The contract term is 13 months and bids must be submitted electronically by 8 September 2026. The award criteria are price (60%) and the warranty and guarantee period (40%). No bid security is required, but performance security is required. Tender documents may be submitted only in Polish.
