Adapting a school entrance for persons with disabilities and supplying and installing a vertical platform

Summary

The contract covers adapting the entrance of Primary School No. 3 in Lipnica Wielka for persons with disabilities, including preparatory and demolition works, earthworks, reinforced-concrete foundations, insulation, pavement restoration, electrical supply, and the supply, installation and commissioning of a vertical accessibility platform. The contractor must carry out tests and measurements, train the staff and obtain a positive decision from the competent Technical Inspection authority allowing the platform to be operated. The contract period is 60 days, no variants or partial bids are allowed, and bids must be submitted electronically by 8 September 2026 at 09:00. Offers are scored on price (60%), warranty for the platform and its components (30%) and a social criterion concerning the direct employment of at least one person from a specified disadvantaged group (10%). A performance guarantee is required; no bid guarantee is required.
