Modernisation of Municipal Guard premises in Głuchołazy damaged by flooding

Summary

The contract concerns the comprehensive renovation and modernisation of 53.53 m² of Municipal Guard premises at Plac Basztowy 8 in Głuchołazy, damaged by flooding. The works include demolition and disinfection, new plastering, painting and floor and ceiling finishes, replacement of doors, windowsills, electrical, telecommunications, antenna, water, sanitary and ventilation installations, equipment installation, debris removal and preparation of as-built documentation. The contract period is 6 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish through the designated platform by 7 September 2026 at 09:00. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and the warranty period (40%). A performance security of 2% of the total gross tender price is required.
