Replacement of electrical installations in two residential premises

Summary

The tender concerns the replacement of electrical installations in two residential premises: apartment 15 at 29–33 Lubelska Street and apartment 2 at 16 Grodzka Street in Kalisz. The work includes replacing power lines, fuse sockets, flush-mounted boxes and wiring, meter boards, overcurrent and residual-current protection, carrying out insulation resistance measurements, marking circuits and disposing of construction waste in accordance with the law. The contract must be completed within 45 days. Offers must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 13:00, and a PLN 150 bid guarantee is required. Evaluation is based on price (80%), the quality guarantee and extended liability period (10%), and the level of contractual penalties (10%).
