Reconstruction of the OSP fire station building in Zabrnie Górne

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction and extension of the OSP fire station building in Zabrnie Górne. The works include a new garage for an emergency vehicle, a washroom, an opening connecting the existing and new parts of the building, and site paving. The scope also covers general construction, structural, roofing, finishing, sanitary, heating, ventilation and electrical works. The contract must be completed within 9 months from handover of the construction site. One complete bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 09:00. The evaluation criteria are price (60%) and the warranty and statutory defect-liability period (40%); the minimum period is 36 months and 60 months or more receives the maximum score.
