Repair of unpaved roads in Chróstnik and Krzeczyn Wielki

Summary

The contract covers the repair of unpaved roads in two lots in the Lubin municipality: a 310 m section of municipal road 103052D in Chróstnik and a 350 m section of an internal road on plot 67/2 in Krzeczyn Wielki. The works include grading and compaction, adding crushed stone, cement stabilisation with an ion-exchange stabilising additive, a crushed-stone surface layer, double surface dressing with asphalt emulsion, and shoulder profiling. Lot 2 also includes adjusting 5 sanitary sewer manholes and 3 water-supply valves. The works must be completed within 60 days. Tenders may be submitted for one or both lots, and the award criteria are price at 60% and warranty period at 40%. Tenders and required documents must be submitted electronically in Polish via the purchasing platform by 7 September 2026. A performance guarantee is required.
