Summary

The contract covers construction of Racula-Wyspiańskiego Street in Zielona Góra as part of the city road network reconstruction and expansion project. The works include demolition and preparatory works, earthworks, sub-base construction, permeable EKO concrete-block road surfacing, driveways and pedestrian access routes, curbs and edging, adjustment of utility access covers, traffic signs and markings, relocation of an existing lighting pole, landscaping and related site organisation. The works must be completed within 2 months from handover of the construction site. Offers must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding until 6 October 2026. The award criteria are price (60%) and extension of the warranty period (40%). No tender guarantee is required, but the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total gross tender price before contract signature.
