Reconstruction of Pilotów Street in Strzyżewice from Szybowników Street to Słonecznikowa Street

Summary

The tender concerns the completion of the reconstruction of Pilotów Street in Strzyżewice, from Szybowników Street to Słonecznikowa Street. The works include a 315 mm stormwater drainage network, street lighting and a concrete paving-block road surface on a mechanically stabilised crushed-stone base, together with earthworks, road elements and reinstatement. The contract must be completed, including acceptance, within 70 calendar days from handover of the construction site; handover is due within 7 working days after signing the contract. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation gives 60% to gross price and 40% to the quality guarantee and statutory liability period.
