Modernization of Building B of the Stare Kurowo Municipal Office – Stage 1 and Improving the Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings through the Use of Renewable Energy Sources

Summary

The contract covers the stage-one modernization of Building B of the Stare Kurowo Municipal Office. The former utility building will be converted into an office building, reconstructed and thermally upgraded, including the complete renewable-energy scope with a ground-source heat pump and photovoltaic installation. The contractor must secure the site, perform the works in accordance with the design documentation, provide qualified supervision, obtain geological documentation and approvals for the heat-pump boreholes, supply certificates and attestations, prepare as-built documentation and obtain the decisions required for use of the building. The works must be completed within 9 months. Bids are due electronically by 7 September 2026 at 09:00, and will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%). A PLN 10,000 tender guarantee is required, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the offered total price.
