Service inspections of tractors according to operating hours in the Gryfice area

Summary

The tender concerns service inspections of tractors used by the Gryfice District Roads Administration, carried out according to the tractors’ accumulated operating hours. The work includes changing engine oil, oil, fuel, pre-fuel, air and hydraulic filters, as well as hydraulic-transmission oil in the final drives. The contract period is 90 days, and similar services may subsequently be ordered up to a net value of PLN 20,000. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 09:30. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the proposed reduction of the time to commence the service inspection accounts for 40%.
