Construction of the ORLIK 2025 sports complex and athletics facilities in Sochocin

Summary

This is a design-and-build contract for the ORLIK 2025 sports complex and athletics facilities in Sochocin, to be completed by 31 August 2027. The contractor must prepare the design documentation and obtain the required approvals, construct a football pitch, multifunctional pitch, four-lane straight running track, long-jump and triple-jump facilities, fencing, ball-stop nets, sanitary and changing facilities, lighting, CCTV, drainage, paved surfaces, sports equipment and small architectural elements, and provide as-built documentation and author supervision. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 09:00, with a PLN 30,000 bid guarantee. Offers are evaluated by price at 60% and the warranty and defects-liability period at 40%.
