Reconstruction of the internal estate road in the former PGR area in Średnia Wieś

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of an internal estate road on cadastral plots 129/2, 133/13, 133/84 and 134 in Średnia Wieś, together with the construction of road lighting. The works include earthworks, sub-base and asphalt layers, installation of a glass-carbon geocomposite 100/100, kerbs and shoulders, a passing bay, access road and parking area, approximately 1,100 m of kerb removal, reuse of approximately 30 m² of concrete paving, three lighting units, as-built surveying and site reinstatement. The works must be completed within 60 days of signing the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 10:00. A tender guarantee of PLN 5,000 is required. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the quality guarantee and defect-liability period (40%); the minimum period is 60 months, with the maximum score awarded for 84 months or more.
