Construction and modernization of cultural and cultural heritage infrastructure of the Picturesque East OF

Summary

The procurement covers construction works for the construction and modernization of cultural and cultural heritage infrastructure in the Picturesque East OF area. It is divided into two lots: modernization of the village community centre in Tuchanie and modernization of the village community centre in Siedliszcze. The works include demolition, external and internal building works, insulation, roofing, doors, finishes, accessibility ramps and driveways, sanitary and heating installations, electrical and lightning-protection installations, measurements and related works. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, with no limit on the number of lots that may be awarded to one contractor. The works must be completed within 11 weeks of contract signature and no later than 4 December 2026. Offers are due by 4 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty is 36 months and 60 months receives the maximum warranty score. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
