Reconstruction of the municipal road in Drzewica – stage 2, part I (construction of the sub-base)

Summary

The contract covers reconstruction of a municipal road on plot no. 138 in Drzewica, stage 2, part I, focused on the road sub-base. Works include surveying and preparatory works, adjustment of inspection covers and water-valve covers, earthworks and formation of the road and accesses, installation of reinforcing geotextile, construction of a 20 cm compacted crushed-stone sub-base graded 0/31.5 mm, and finishing works such as grading slopes and excavation bottoms. The works cover approximately 0.454 km and must be completed by 15 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the offered warranty period carries 40%; the minimum warranty is 36 months and 60 months receives the maximum warranty score. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price.
