Purchase of display cases

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of display cases for the Mazovian Museum in Płock: one table-top Display Case No. 1 and two table-top Display Cases No. 2, with optional supply of one or two additional Display Case No. 2 units. The cases must meet detailed museum-security, conservation, climate-control, lighting and material requirements, including chemically neutral materials verified by Oddy testing, laminated P4A glass, LED lighting with CRI of at least 90, adjustable lighting up to 50 lux, 3000 K colour temperature and ACD 0.4 tightness. Delivery is due within 5 weeks of contract signature. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 10:00. Offers are assessed on price (60%) and warranty (40%); the required warranty is 24 months, with up to 60 months considered for scoring.
