Design and construction of generator connections with automation and security systems for critical infrastructure

Summary

The contract covers design-and-build works for preparing six water-supply infrastructure sites in Gmina Koniusza for rapid and safe power supply from mobile generators. The contractor must prepare complete design documentation, obtain the required approvals and perform construction, electrical, telecommunications, automation, switching-control, cabling, distribution, security and monitoring works. The mobile generators themselves are excluded from the contract. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 08:00 via the procurement platform. A mandatory site visit is required on 31 August 2026 at 12:00 in Chorążyce; failure to attend results in rejection of the offer. Price carries 60% and the warranty period for construction works 40%.
