Friendly municipality, accessible space – adapting public buildings in Cmolas to the needs of people with disabilities and older people

The contract concerns construction works to improve accessibility of public buildings in Cmolas for people with disabilities and older people. The works include dismantling a steel balustrade, demolishing paving and its sub-base, constructing a 30 cm concrete foundation slab, supplying and installing an accessibility platform, installing a call system, replacing external and internal PVC doors with glazed aluminium doors measuring 2.30 × 2.88 m, repairing reveals and parts of the façade and internal walls, and completing post-construction surveying. The contractor must also submit the required as-built maps and the surveyor’s declaration. The works must be completed within 2 months of signing the contract and no later than 30 November 2026. The bid deadline is 4 September 2026 at 08:00. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and the warranty period (40%); the permitted warranty period is at least 36 and at most 60 months. A PLN 500 bid guarantee is required.
