Emergency repair, construction and building-systems maintenance services in buildings and premises managed by GTBS

Summary

The tender covers emergency-response, minor repair and maintenance services for GTBS-owned properties, municipal buildings and premises, public-utility facilities, and adjacent areas. The four lots cover general construction and maintenance works, water and sewage and central-heating installations, electrical works, and other emergency services specified in the tender documents.
