Supply of mobile phone handsets for the common courts of the Krakow appellate district

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of 150 mobile phone handsets for the common courts of the Krakow appellate district, divided into four lots: 55 type 1, 53 type 2, 30 type 3 and 12 type 4 handsets. Bids may be submitted for any number of lots, including all lots. Delivery must be completed within 21 days of contract signing. The devices must meet the specified technical requirements, including 5G, USB-C, dual-SIM functionality, Android Enterprise 15 compatibility, security updates, internal storage encryption and a 24-month warranty. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%), RAM capacity (15%), internal storage capacity (15%) and processor core count (10%). A bid guarantee is required for each lot.
