Renovation of Wiejska Street in Kochanowice

Summary

The contract covers renovation of Wiejska Street in Kochanowice, including preparatory, demolition, earthworks, drainage, a technology duct, road, driveway and sidewalk structures, protection of electricity and telecommunications networks, slope seeding, road signs, and temporary and permanent traffic organisation. The works must be completed within 12 months of signing the contract. At least 50% of the gross contract value must be completed by 15 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are price (60%), materials warranty period (20%) and defects liability period for the works (20%). No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price.
